This is my journey over about 2 years I lost 50 pounds and am now running 10k’s. My motivation was to get healthier so that I would be in good enough shape to donate my kidney to a family friend. I just started my own fitness blog and really wanna help lots of other everyday people accomplish their goals get healthy and to understand that it is possible to be healthy and happy

New running shoes

What is a really good brand? I’ve started running again and I need new shoes bad.. the ones I have now are completely worn out-I’ve been training for a 5k. Any ideas?
